Yes, Slovenia is all of
that. All of that and so, so much more..., and imagine it’s still in
the center of Europe.
As
a part of former Yugoslavian federation, Slovenia (even then one of the
smallest republic) was the economy engine of the whole country. Today,
more than 20 years later, we are the part of modern Europe and one of
the smallest EU members, placed between Italy, Austria, Hungary and

Briefly, in our country you will find all, from the Alps to the Adriatic Sea, from lush forests to the rocky karst and green plains. All at all Slovenia is a unique blend of wilderness, rich history and modern trends. But imagine – all that in a circle of less than 200 miles. Is it possible? That's why I chose a few short films below to present just a glimpse of view on Slovenian landscapes, cities and people.

Soca river is a treasure of natural heritage and paradise for nature lovers and adrenaline junkies. More you can experience in The Soca Valley, a short but very intensive film.
Then we must not forget the lake of Bled, which is so strongly anchored
between the alpine hills that neither the Millennium ruthless of
mountain storms had failed to destroy it. It remains there and remains
the most beautiful you could imagine... So admire

At the end of this brief presentation we shouldn't forget to
mention the famous Slovenian spa resorts and especially the very famous
Spa of Rogaska Slatina. Rogaska was the European top tourist
destination already in the middle of 19th century. At the time Slovenia
was a central part of Austro Hungarian Empire and you were not INN
during those days if you didn’t spent at least few days of your
vacation in the company of an emperor, king, or at least one of their
escort. But today in Rogaska, they will make you feel like a king…
If the spa is not exsactly your choice, you can choose to spend few days fishing or enjoy watersports at the Adriatic seashore...
But
the true
wealth of Slovenia is still in its unspoiled nature, peace and friendly
